A wife, mom to two, and lover of all things health and wellness.
Growing up as a dancer, I developed a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. Later, as an NFL cheerleader, I learned just how impactful nutrition can be on both physical and mental performance. That’s when I began viewing wellness through a more holistic lens.
Becoming a mom was a turning point in my wellness journey. My son cried nonstop for the first three months, and despite our best efforts, nothing seemed to help until we discovered his food sensitivities. I began looking closely at what we were eating, the products we were using, and the environment we were living in. As I made simple, intentional changes, I started to notice big differences, not just in him, but in myself.
As I learned more, friends and family started turning to me for advice, and I realized it was time to take the next step. I became a certified Integrative Health Practitioner to help other families uncover the root causes of their health challenges.
Now, I work one-on-one with clients to create personalized wellness plans that fit real life. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better—it's to empower you with the tools and knowledge to feel your best, every day.
